Try to shorten the piping. Do not use a "flak cannon" style water outlet, as this type of outlet increases energy consumption. Also, make sure the pump outlet is facing the water tank.

Discuss energy-saving tips when using a sand suction pump

1. Try to shorten the pipeline as much as possible.

2. Do not use a 'flak cannon' type water outlet. This type of outlet increases energy consumption. Also, ensure that the pump's water outlet is facing the water tank.

3. Try to increase the diameter of the sand suction pump's outlet pipe.

4. Timely remove blockages in the pipeline. Foreign objects left in the intake pipe, impeller, or volute will reduce the water output.

5. Try to use a coupling for direct drive, as direct drive via a coupling is more efficient than belt drive.

6. If the intake water is clean, the filter screen can be removed.

7. Carefully check all sealing parts of the sand suction pump to prevent water from entering the pump. If air enters the pump, the water output will significantly decrease.

8. If the sand suction pump can use an electric motor, do not use a diesel or gasoline engine. If conditions allow, use a three-phase asynchronous motor instead of a single-phase asynchronous motor.
